1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Sale items, limited edition drops, accessories (hats, socks), and digital products are final sale and not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size/color, please return the item and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery at TWINCLOTHING153​@GMAIL.COM with your order number and photos.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, digital downloads, and promotional items cannot be returned or refunded.
