At Instant Treyday Twin Clothing (“TWIN”), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale items, limited edition drops, accessories (hats, socks), and digital products are final sale and not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size/color, please return the item and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery at TWINCLOTHING153​@GMAIL.COM with your order number and photos.

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, digital downloads, and promotional items cannot be returned or refunded.
